No skipping on my copy. Apart from some faulty copies this pressing is truly great - superior in my ears to 1st press from 2000 which doesn't bring such full sound. -
Edited 4 years agoYeah, when this came out I went through two Cleva-skipping colored vinyl MOVs before finally giving up and taking a refund due to the skip. I ed MOV at the time and they played dumb - seriously disappointing as I was a pretty die-hard MOV fan until that. Stopped buying them as they must have known this was happening to many customers and just weren't going to own it.
Came here as I just got the 2016 vinyl reissue. Doesn't sound quite as good as I the MOV being (though that was years ago on a different deck/cart), but it still sounds damn good and at a good price. -
Yeah my record also skips on the red disc by the track "cleva"! Seems to be a misspress on some copies. I wonder why we are the only ones which write about this! -
beautiful packaging and happy this was finally repressed, but has anyone besides me had any issues with disc one(red disc) such as surface noise or skips?
