Buyer pays flat shipping on items, so order more to save on shipping! We use extremely nice shipping boxes, which are factored into the cost. That being said, it's still always recommended to Priority so the item reaches you quicker and spend less time in the USPS' hands. I am very flexible and I'm not trying to make money off shipping, just cover actual costs. I offer media mail shipping and priority.

While we package orders extremely well, we cannot be responsible if the USPS decides to get rough and destroy a package. Unfortunately, this is something that can happen from time to time, although rare. If you would like to pay additional for insurance, it usually is only $2.50 extra and you may message me prior to purchasing/paying. We can adjust the cost.

International orders. While we package albums extremely well and have not had prior issues with damage, please note that we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages while in transit internationally. The cost of shipping international is already very high and we cannot afford to be out on some of these riskier shipments. Again, we haven't had any issues with this to date, so you can still order with confidence.

We ship very quickly, typically within 1-2 business days. You can typically find the same albums on our official website (JocoRecords) for a bit cheaper, same great service.
