LOCAL COLLECTION
We offer a click and collect service from Mon-Sat, 10pm- 6pm. This can take up to a day to process. We will let you know once your order is ready for collection.
POSTAGE
Buyers are responsible for all postage costs. The total cost of postage is calculated by the total weight of all items purchased with a small surcharge to cover the cost of packaging. The weight guidelines we use are based off the Discogs average weight: 12"/ 1LP - 230 grams // 7" - 60 grams // CD - 85 grams
We pack and ship our orders in sturdy, high quality mailers.
To see approximately how much the shipping for your order will be, visit our marketplace web page and click on the link that says "Ships from: United Kingdom". All orders are sent with tracked shipping.
GRADING
We aim to grade all of our items as accurately as possible, according to the Discogs grading standards. We grade visually for most items. If we notice a discrepancy between the item and the condition it has been graded at, we will you before the item is shipped. Please let us know if you would like to see pictures of the item.
DAMAGES & RETURNS
If the item has been damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work out a solution. Please let us know of any issues with your order within 14 days of receiving it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items will be refunded once we receive the item back so it is advised to send the package with tracked postage.
