Refunds/Returns Policy
I will refund the original order value (including initial shipping cost) when I receive the item back from the buyer. Buyers should use a tracked/signed service when returning an item.
Unfortunately, I have no control over postal services and I cannot accept any liability for shipping delays, or damage that may occur to the package while it is in transit.
Royal Mail will only consider items 'lost' if 20 'working' days have elapsed since the date the package was supposed to arrive (within Europe) and if 25 'working' days have elapsed since the date the package was supposed to arrive (international). Royal Mail class 'working' days as Monday to Friday only.
If you haven't received your package after the time periods quoted above have elapsed then rest assured I will issue you a full refund via Paypal..
