Shipping prices with a bigger quantity order might be smaller. We always refund and customers in case of over paid. There is an option for GLS/DPD courier within a Europe which we don't include in our shipping methods option. Welcome to us and quote your shipping price first before placing an order. Each record is set up minimum to 300 grams weight which include weight of cardboard mailer and inserts. We can fit 4 x 12" singles under 1kg but system will calculate shipping for 1,5kg. We use standard (as basic non tracked) or ed (tracked) shipping method with Irish Post (An Post) or GLS courier (Europe only). Customer is responsible for paying all shipping rates. If you are not happy with your order with media quality, please us first with PM message, than we will discuss your refund . We provide refund only for sent goods (record price + shipping to customer) We DO NOT refund shipping back from customer address to Absys Records. We always try to describe media quality accurate to the fact. We always check each record before shipping and if any difference in media's quality, than we will you with discount offer or full refund. We do recommend to ask about WAV / MP3 preview before ordering an expensive record, to make sure quality and sound are as described. . We always provide proof of shipping (scan) and few photos via personal Dropbox link.
