Absolute top tier sounding album on this pressing. The best way to listen to this album IMO.

Don't want to open the "The early tracks ..." discussion again. But Amber is timeless and the tracks are aging good like good wine. *****

Just opened my Mint copy and a lot of noise on the D side. Will live with it but bit disappointed as on of my favourite all time early electronica albums

Be careful when buying this first pressing. Most sellers don’t actually investigate if they have the 1994 or 2001 pressing. It’s got to have the TRAINSPOTTER run out etching. Ask them to check first before you buy!

Easily one of the best electronic records of all time. Nothing sounds quite like it, though a bazillion ambient artists have tried to copy it. Straight up masterpiece.

Just thought of this record today while I cobble together another mix. Thought to add to the list of accolades.

This is their best record, not even close. Incunabula is high art on its own, but this one is in the stratosphere.

To think these guys came up with this stuff when they were young lads. Keep that in mind when dealing with younger people, the things they are capable of.

This will stay with me and then get ed on, and as long as the PVC is cared for, should last for decades on end. Definitely in the top 25 of my vinyl collection.

A timeless classic from start to finish. The same applies to Tri Repatae and Incunabula.

Finding the Amber 2LP today in the local thrift shop just made my day. Playing it now and it sounds great. Lights out, eyes closed. And listen.
