This is a great pressing, theres almost no noise on any of the discs (though there was some debris on the b-side of LP2, was able to wipe it off with a cloth). dynamics are great.
-
Excellent pressing and true to the original. I love how some of the quirkiness remain (such as the squeak in ramble on roses) I do agree with some who say there are some pops etc and not the quietest album I own, but rarely does it distract
Keep in mind the songs will vary in regards to comparable dynamic range based on where on the tour they were recorded and how early in the tour they were (I.e the facilities at which they played differed tremendously) -
Packaging error on my initial purchase of this one. Came with 2 side 3’s. Record store is gonna ship it back and make it right but funny or not so funny to see the previous comment of someone who had 2 side 2’s. I imagine this will be an ongoing issue until they sort it out.

Picked up the 50th Anniversary at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. It had a packaging error, so I received two record 2s.
-
All 3 of my LP's are dished, especially the 2nd LP.. Bummer! Got a great deal though, but still bummed. May have to try the Vinyl Flat to iron these out. Surprisingly, I've had great luck with GZ media over the years, but finally struck out this time. :/

Can anyone confirm….discogs entry shows CB initials in dead wax… thought that was a previous version and this was newly mastered?

This record is built different. Plangent cut is quite detailed and roomy vs previous CB remaster. Strongly recommended
